Hello beautiful people! My name is Kevin Rouser, owner of HairByHim. I’ve been in the hair industry as an experienced hairstylist/barber for over 9 years. Being a hairstylist and barber is a highly rewarding job. Every day I have the opportunity to meet amazing people and explore something new with hair; I enjoy every minute of it!

Styling hair is one of my greatest gifts. As a child and teenager, I discovered my gift and began practicing my craft by styling my friend’s and family member’s hair. I grew up in a urban suburb of Chicago’s south side so being a male hairstylist was not an ideal profession at the time.  After graduating high school, I decided to put my passion to the side and enroll in Benedict
College in South Carolina.

Once I graduated from college, I decided to pursue my first love and passion – hair! It was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life! Styling hair allows me a blank canvas to express my creativity and perfectionism.
